Ron McGraw – Owner/Broker

Ron is originally from Portsmouth, OH, but moved to Florida at an early 19 when he was stationed in the Navy at the bombing range in the Ocala National Forrest. He is a proud grandfather to 12 and father of 3, Navy veteran, University of Florida graduate and an avid outdoorsman. After retiring from a successful career as a commercial real estate lender in 1996, Ron became a Florida Real Estate Broker and has worked in all areas of real estate sales over the last 20 years. He has over 45 years of experience in real estate and finance, and utilizes the collective experiences and knowledge that he has gained throughout his career to assist his customers in achieving their goals, objectives and dreams.

Chip McGraw

Chip McGraw – Owner/Director of Marketing

Chip is a native Floridian, originally from Ocala, growing up he spent many summers at St. Augustine Beach where he learned to surf and fell in love with the history and culture of the town. He went to high school in Jacksonville at the Bolles School, and when it came time to pick a university, Flagler College in St. Augustine was the obvious choice. After graduating, Chip moved to Costa Rica to follow his dreams of creating international business opportunities while fueling his passion for surfing. After being an Ex-Pat for nearly 10 year, his wife Monica and he decided to settle back in St Augustine with their 4 children, as it was always the place that felt most like home to them. Chip now hopes that Buyers Source Realty can help you and your family find that same special place in this glorious town that we call home.

Prior to Founding Buyers Source Realty with his father Ron, Chip was the Regional Manager for Latin American and the Caribbean at FRAMECAD. Throughout his career, Chip has focused on business and investment opportunities in Central America.  He was the Owner/Broker of a Coldwell Banker Franchise in Costa Rica, worked on over 12 real estate development projects, steel framing construction, and other business ventures throughout the region including BPO call centers, Lead Generation, and Telecommunications. Additionally, Chip is the President and Founder of LATAM Aid Foundation, a non-for profit organization that is helping to build sustainable housing, provide clean drinking water and aid in disaster relief for those whom are most in need in Latin America.

Laura Ulmer

Laura Ulmer – Sales Associate

Laura moved to St. Augustine 19 years ago while attending Flagler College, where she fell in love with the town and decided it was where she wanted to plant roots of her own and raise a family.

She started work in the Real Estate Industry in 2004 and her passion has grown from there. Laura specializes in representing buyers in New Home Construction purchase, with a great knowledge of areas including St. Augustine, Antigua, Anastasia Island, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, and St. Johns. She takes pride in her work and takes great joy in assisting clients to find the best fit for them to call home.

When she is not selling real estate you can find Laura out for a run on the beach or at her boys’ sports games on the soccer and baseball fields.

Robert. M Fortson IV

Robert M. Fortson IV is a 20-year veteran of the real estate sales and marketing industry. His vast array of experience includes owner’s representation, real estate sales, real estate sales and marketing management, resort hospitality marketing, resort hospitality group sales, and direct front-line hospitality experience. Prior to joining the Buyers Source team, Fortson was a member of Waypoint Real Estate, a destination real estate sales company focusing on existing and pre-construction real estate product in the Florida Keys.

Fortson has also served as the owner’s representative for Cotton Bay Developers for seven years, the owners of Jacks Bay Club that includes a Tiger Woods Design short course and the famed-Davis Harbour Marina on the Island of Eleuthera, Bahamas. Fortson was a member of the sales and marketing management positions with The Ginn Company. During his eight years at Ginn, he was personally responsible for more than $100 million in “developer” sales including home sites, homes, condominiums and town-homes at Reunion Resort, Tesoro Club, Quail West Country Club, Ginn sur Mer (Bahamas) and Hammock Beach.

Previously, Fortson worked with some of the most prestigious resort real estate communities in the Southeast including Wild Dunes Resort (S.C.), and the Williamsburg Inn & Lodge. During his career, Fortson has received numerous accolades including The Ginn Company’s Top Award – Eagles Club and The Marketing & Sales Institute’s Top Award – Council of the Elite. Fortson graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina with a Bachelor in Corporate Communications. Fortson has been a licensed real estate sales associate in the State of Florida since 2001.

Brian Hubbel

Brian Hubbel

Brian was raised in Orlando Florida,  and is a Saint Augustine resident of 24 years. He began his real estate career as a Sales Assistant for Ginn Clubs and Resorts in 2008, and has been a licensed Realtor here in Saint Johns County for over 10 years.

As a graduate of nearby Flagler College, he has seen the community grow around him, and his familiarity with the areas in and around Saint Augustine is one of his greatest assets.

He is also a Licensed Charter Captain, giving him a unique advantage in the listing and selling of waterfront properties.
